DIY Iso Cab

This is my video on how I made my Iso Cab, which I’m using on tracks.

I’m offering as many audio tracks made using this cab, as I can, but I also hope that if you have the chance, you can make one.

The idea here is that you can get ‘classic recording studio’ high volume amp tones (with maybe a little added reverb plugin) by making an iso cab, but instead of using it to cut out the volume, using it to CONFINE the volume inside the cab so the mic picks up a really intense, acoustically loud tone. I think it works quite well. It doesn’t cut down volume all that much, so build additional cabinets or place additional panels around the iso cab, with towel or cloth between them and the real iso cab, to get things more manageable.
